Chef (2-person)

  • Monitor the staff , cleanliness of the kitchen before opening and closing.
  • check steak sauces in bain marie every 2 hours.
  • check out stock (first in first out).
  • check the punch card every month before submiting to management
  •  salary negotiable.

Chef assistant (4-person)

  • Prepare the raw material.
  • Follow instruction of the chef order.
  •  Check Stock.
  • Help portioning and garnishing food. 
  •  salary negotiable.

Waiter (15-person)

  • Memorize the table and table number.
  • Memorize the menu.
  • Greet the customer before the come in the restaurant.
  • Wipe the cutleries.
  • Collect dirty dishes and clean the table.
  • Take order and serve the food to the customer.
  • Sweep the floor and mop the floor before opening and closing.
  •  Salary negotiable.

Bar tender (3-person)

  • Check and record everything related to drinks every night.
  • Any item that is finished must be order a day early .
  • If it’s a Fullhouse , bartender must help serving drinks to customer (food isn’t needed).
  • Must memorize table number.
  •  Salary negotiable.
